As many of you already know, Camilla committed suicide on July 27. I announced it on the Main page the following day. I put some words there and am copying some of that here now with some additional words.

Camilla de Castro committed suicide on July 27 of this year. The only detail I have is that she jumped out an 8th floor window. I personally don't want to know any more about it. This saddens me deeply. Of all the girls I've known, Camilla was clearly one of the brightest and most complicated. She is the one I most enjoyed spending time with during my first trip to Brazil. Unfortunately, I never got to see her again. She really was an interesting and fascinating person. But obviously there was a lot more going on inside her than anyone realized

Sometimes the brightest are also the most emotional, which can cause them to burn out early. This seems to be the case here. I have no idea what led her to this. But it truly saddens me to see anyone get to a place in which she feels there are no other options left. It is cliche to say I hope she is in a better place, but that does seem most appropriate.

There was some discussion on the forum suggesting theories. One of those was that she simply could not find love. I can say from my many years around the transgendered community, that true love is very difficult to find and successful relationships are even more rare. Other theories involve drugs, the problems surrounding prostitution and so forth. It could have been any of these, a combination of these or something completely different.

We will probably never know what drove her to that fatal decision. But I do know that transsexuals live a very difficult life. Men often treat them as nothing more than sex toys. I hope I've done more than that here. All I can say is that these girls are people with feelings like everyone else and with problems that us guys will never understand. So when you have the oppotunity to meet one of these lovely girls, treat her special, even if you are simply on a paydate. The sexual novelty is great but there are much more rewarding experiences that can be had with these girls if you are willing to pursue it.

As for Camilla, she was one of those that I call a "one of a kind" She was so hot that she was a sexual fantasy to many including me. She was one of those girls I would have loved to play with in the bedroom. I never did but I truly enjoyed the experience of knowing her as brief as it was.

Camilla, if somehow you can read this from whereever you are, I wish I had gotten to know you better. And I wish that I had known what you were going through so that maybe we could have talked about it and prevented what happened.

Clearly one of the highlights of my trip to Brazil was meeting Camilla De Castro. If there is one word to describe her it would be "unforgetable". There are some people who have such unique personalities that you never forget them. Camilla is one of those people. She reminds me a little of Sofia Abdullah, who is another of those truly unique girls. To really understand what I mean you have to meet her. While I was in Brazil, I entered a post titled "An eventful day in Sao Paolo" That will give you a flavor of what I'm talking about. She's not the easiest person to get to know, but once you get past the exterior she can be a lot of fun.

On my last night in Brazil, I called her and invited her to dinner. She got a taxi, picked me up at my hotel and took me to one of her favorite restaurants. That was really cool. I made a few friends during my trip and I'm happy to say Camilla is one of them.

So Pretty Camila De Castro!

This is something I have not done before. That is introduce a set after a model has died. Every now and then I come across these unused sets of Camilla. I've always thought it would be inappropriate to post them. But this time I asked myself why not. I love the pictures and in my own way, I still love her. There is a photo of her on my mantle that I look at every day. It will always be there. Although I still get sad and sometimes cry a little when I think about what happened, I also remember how she was truly larger than life. I don't feel that way just because she was the #1 transsexual model in Brazil, but because there was a lot going on inside. You could just look into her eyes and melt. She was captivating, intelligent and very complicated. I will never forget her and will always treasure the moments I spent with her.
